REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:
If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within 14 days after arrival for a full refund. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your goods were delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund of any kind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All of our products are custom printed the moment you place your order based on the specifications you provide us. Details such as size, garment color, graphic, etc. determine the item we print for you. Please place your order carefully to ensure your product specifications are accurate. We cannot issue refunds for size, garment color, or wrong graphic errors unless the error was on our part.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus shipping costs). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
